Two decades of leading global transformations, condensed into practical frameworks for accounting, audit, legal, and financial advisory firms.
I believe that small and medium-sized businesses have the potential to run with the same clarity, efficiency, and strategic focus as the largest global enterprises — and that with the right systems, they can achieve extraordinary results even faster.
I've always been curious about how businesses work — and why some leaders feel confident while others feel stuck, even when they're working hard. Early in my career, I worked in the BPO industry at EXL Services, where my role was to build efficient processes, create systems, and use data to improve how work gets done. I helped offshore processes many believed could never be moved, and that experience taught me that clarity and structure can unlock far more than people expect.
Over the next two decades, I led global transformation work with organizations like UnitedHealth Group, EY, JPMorgan Chase, and BDO. I led hundreds of team members, improved complex processes, and supported leaders through constant change. I was also fortunate to be coached by some outstanding leaders myself — people who showed me the power of clear thinking, honest conversations, and strong support.
What stood out was this: the same frameworks that take years to implement in large organizations can create fast, visible results in professional services firms. Their size and agility allow clarity to turn into action quickly — and that question of why more growing firms weren't using these same principles is what led to Ethical Growth Partners.
That question led me to coaching.
After two decades leading transformations at EY, JPMorgan, and UnitedHealth Group, the clearest thing we carry into every coaching engagement is this: clarity, accountability, and strong systems are not luxuries reserved for large organizations. They are the competitive edge of every ambitious small firm willing to install them.
This work matters to me not just professionally, but personally. I want to create meaningful change, build respectful teams and communities, and be present for my family — without compromising what I believe in, and from our base in Langley, BC, we work with firms across the Greater Vancouver Area and globally via secure video.
Our coaching is grounded in principles that show up in how I work, how I challenge, and how I support.
Honest conversations, transparent assessments, and recommendations that prioritize your long-term success over a quick sale.
For your time, your team, and the unique context of your firm. No template advice — every engagement starts from where you actually are.
Two decades of operational, leadership, and risk experience. The frameworks I use have been tested across global enterprises before being adapted for accounting, legal, and financial advisory firms.
Continuous learning is part of how I stay sharp — and credible to the leaders I work with.
