One of the fundamental skills in growing a business is communicating well — with your team and with customers. An introduction to DISC-based behavioral science and how it applies to the people side of your business.

Being an entrepreneur is tough, and keeping your mind set in the right direction is one of the toughest parts. Tools to stay focused, a deeper look at concepts from the E-Myth, and approaches to balancing business and personal priorities.

What a strategic plan actually is — and how to build one that works. Decide where you want to end up, then map the specific tactics that will get you there.

Creating Your Own Action Plan

A focused 1:1 to translate strategic theory into a real plan for your business. If you have something solid, we stress-test the assumptions. If not, we build it together from the ground up.

Personal Growth Plan

An individual keystone session. Review everything we've learned, refine the plans we've made, and fine-tune what's needed as you continue to put it all into action.

Bonus

Accountability Session

One month after the program ends, the cohort reconvenes. We hear how the plan is actually working, work through what's come up, and reconnect with peers to share progress.

FAQs

Common questions

Pricing is shared during the application call once we've confirmed fit. We don't post pricing because the program isn't for every founder — and matching the right fit matters more than the listing price.
We open new cohorts periodically. Apply when you're ready and we'll let you know what's coming next.
Sessions are recorded. Occasional misses won't disrupt your progress. We'd ask for full commitment to most of the modules — the cohort dynamic is part of what makes the program work.
We sometimes accept co-founder pairs, but only if you're each leading a distinct part of the business. We'd rather one of you join with full commitment than both of you split it.
Primarily remote via secure video, with in-person sessions and offsites woven in where they create the most impact. The exact mix is shared during the application call.
